Requirements:
- student or graduate in the field of Public Relations, Marketing, Advertising or Social Media,
- vast knowledge of the influencer market and current trends,
- very good knowledge of social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube),
- knowledge of tools for analyzing and monitoring social media channels is an asset,
- knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel and Power Point,
- good command of spoken and written English,
- knowledge of other foreign languages is an asset,
- fast learner,
- strong focus on achieving goals and constant search for new solutions,
- extraordinary amounts of creativity and unconventional thinking,
- independence and responsibility for entrusted tasks,
- initiative, flexibility in the case of non-standard projects,
- conscientiousness and responsibility for entrusted tasks,
- very good work organization,
- ease in establishing contacts,

Responsibilities:
- assistance in actively acquiring brands and establishing commercial cooperation,
- building positive relationships with the agency's clients, coordinating communication activities,
- support of specialists in the implementation of projects in the field of influencer marketing and digital activities,
- support in coordinating campaigns with the participation of influencers and web creators,
- monitoring the effectiveness of influencer marketing campaigns and examining the results of conducted activities,
- analyzing the results and reporting your activities in the area of social media,
- co-creating and assisting in the implementation of strategies for effective influencer marketing communication of the company,
- following the latest trends in the digital marketing and social media industry,
- analysis of the influencer market from various industries, monitoring their online activity,
- searching for influencers from Poland and abroad, in-depth research and assessment of their potential,
- establishing and maintaining positive relationships with influencers and internet creators,
- effective cooperation with influencers of various ranges on the Polish and foreign market,
- monitoring and analysis of competitors' activities, market research analysis,
- support in writing a company blog, running social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube),
- creating and publishing high-quality content, engaging the community in discussions,
- creating a positive image of the company and supporting promotional activities,
- support in preparing creative mailings to selected influencers,
- organization of events, events and promotional campaigns,
- cooperation with the rest of the team, social media and influencer marketing specialists,
