- Non-payment of influencer compensation: If a brand fails to pay an influencer for their work, we are not responsible for the influencer's compensation. This is a matter between the brand and the influencer.

- Non-delivery of barter compensation: If a brand agrees to provide barter compensation to an influencer and then fails to deliver, we are not responsible for the influencer's compensation. This is a matter between the brand and the influencer.

- Negligent or improper performance of the task by the influencer: If an influencer does not complete a task to the required standard, we are not responsible for the brand's losses. This is a matter between the brand and the influencer.

Creating an account on the platform is completely free for both brands and influencers. You can access it from anywhere and at any time. It requires minimal effort from you! We also do not charge influencers any fees to participate in campaigns - it's completely free.

No! At NativeHash, you only pay for the specific services you purchase - there are no hidden fees or additional charges for using the platform. Paid services apply only to brands when they run campaigns and search for influencers. The brand is always clearly informed when a feature is paid for.

We act as an intermediary between brands and influencers. We rely on brand advertising budgets. We automatically charge a 15% commission to the brand for each campaign conducted. We settle directly with the brand and issue a VAT 23% invoice. The rate is determined individually depending on the size of the brand's advertising budget, the size of the company, and the scale of its operations. Depending on the form of settlement, the influencer issues an invoice to us for a contract for work if they are a natural person or an invoice if they run their own business. The influencer does not pay any commission or other costs related to the campaign implementation. We take care of settlements with the influencers who took part in the campaign (contracts for work, PITs, invoices).

To join our platform and start working with influencers, register as a brand and submit your profile by clicking on the "Create Account" option in the top right corner or entering https://app.nativehash.io/#/register and click "Register as a brand". Fill out the registration form on this page, entering your nickname, email and personalized password with an appropriate level of encryption. Then read and accept the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy applicable to the NativeHash platform by clicking on the appropriate links and open the documents in a new window - check the appropriate checkbox. You also have the option to agree to receive our newsletter, i.e. commercial and marketing information about services and products offered by NativeHash, to your email account. Then check the "Register" box and confirm your registration by clicking on the link in the email. And that's it! Your individual brand profile has been created!

After creating a user account, it must be activated. To complete the activation process, receive the message sent to the contact email address of the created user and click on the activation link. The validity of the activation email is 48 hours. After this period of time, you can resend the message with the activation link. If your account is still not active, please check if you entered the correct email address and completed the activation process and if the message has not ended up in spam folder. During the registration process, each user is obliged to provide their true and up-to-date data. If you notice that there is a profile on the platform associated with your nickname and was created by unauthorized persons, or you discover other irregularities related to your account, please inform us about it and report the removal of such a profile by contacting us at hello@nativehash.io. To log in to your account, you must enter your login details, i.e. login, email address and password that you provided during registration and click on "Log in".

Your first password is created on the platform during initial registration. To change your account password, go to "Settings" in your profile and select "Change password". Enter your old password, new password and you're done! Remember, don't use popular passwords that are easy to crack. Use strong, secure passwords and don't share them with anyone else.

If you don't remember your account password, you can easily change or reset it. Simply click on the "Forgot password" link below the login window on the login page and enter the email address you registered with and click "Send reset link". Yes. If you are a brand and run your own business and want to advertise your products and services, and at the same time you are an influencer and have a popular account on social media platforms and meet our requirements, you can join the platform as both an influencer and a brand. In this case, you will need to create two separate accounts and enter separate data during registration. Please note that you can only register one profile on our platform with one email address. If you want to add another account, you can do so by registering it with a different email address.

NativeHash® collaborates with a wide range of brands across various industries, including FMCG, fashion, beauty, travel,parenting, and lifestyle. They also work with media houses, marketing departments, e-commerce platforms, advertising agencies, digital agencies, SEO agencies, social media agencies, and full-service PR agencies.

As a brand:

- you have the right to choose the influencers you want to collaborate with and run campaigns with,

- you can evaluate influencers after the campaign on the platform using the "Native Stars" rating system,

- you are responsible for providing the advertising order, complete product campaign regulations, and specifying the terms of cooperation,

- you decide whether the compensation will be in the form of cash, goods, services, or non-monetary compensation,

- you are responsible for paying the campaign fee specified in the advertising order, which is 15% commission of the campaign budget,

- you are solely responsible for ensuring the availability of products and/or services to influencers at the appropriate time,

- if non-monetary compensation (barter) is agreed upon, you are responsible for organizing products and their shipment or providing access to services to be used in the product campaign.

Compensation in the form of goods and services is the responsibility of the brand.

Detailed rights and obligations of the brand are described in the Regulations.

All communication regarding collaboration must be carried out through the platform's dashboard. No collaboration between the brand and the influencer is allowed outside of the platform if they established contact through NativeHash. NativeHash® reserves the right to impose a penalty of PLN 1,000 or more for repeated cooperation bypassing the platform.

In most cases, NativeHash® does not require you to sign an exclusive contract with them. You can freely collaborate with other platforms, affiliate networks, and agencies with similar activities and register in multiple databases. However, remember that by accepting their Terms and Conditions, you agree to the rules of cooperation with them, which include maintaining confidentiality of information about campaigns, contracts, and influencers shared on the platform.

The brand and the influencer are obliged to act in good faith and respect the legitimate interests of both parties. In the event of a dispute, the brand and the influencer can report any concerns or irregularities to the NativeHash® team using the contact form located on their website in the "Contact" tab (https://nativehash.io/en/contact) and in the application menu in the "FAQ" > "Contact form" tab. You can also inform them directly by sending an email to hello@nativehash.io.

Collaborations carried out through the NativeHash® platform usually run smoothly and efficiently. Disputes are usually sporadic and typical, and the parties do not question their decisions. The most common disputes include: lack of contact with the influencer or brand, poorly executed campaign - improper or untimely execution of the campaign by the influencer, non-acceptance of the task by the brand despite its completion, poor quality of the photo or poorly exposed product. In the event of a dispute, they verify the complaint and may decide to accept the transaction (pay the funds to the influencer's account) if the fault lies with the brand, cancel the cooperation (return the funds to the brand's account) if the fault lies with the influencer, or cancel the dispute (i.e., restore the cooperation for execution).

NativeHash® strives to resolve any disputes amicably between the parties. All decisions are impartial and preceded by a thorough analysis of the agreements between the brand and the influencer. They also meticulously verify the terms of cooperation and campaign guidelines, so they can easily respond to any complaints and fairly resolve any disputes and decide which party is right. Both parties are informed of the decision by email to the address provided when registering the account. The NativeHash team's decision on complaints is final. If it is impossible to resolve them amicably and mediation is unsuccessful, any dispute will be subject to Polish courts of general jurisdiction and will be decided by the court competent locally due to the seat of NativeHash.

To delete your user account, you can do so yourself by clicking "Delete Account" in Profile Settings and entering your password. Our team will delete your data within 48 hours. You can also contact us by email with a request to delete your account at: hello@nativehash.io. Your decision must be informed and deliberate, as we do not restore deleted accounts. Your data will be permanently deleted and you will lose access to it.

Your data is stored for the period necessary to fulfill mutual contractual obligations. If you decide to delete your account, your data will be archived and accessible only to the NativeHash team for analytical and statistical purposes. In this case, data such as your nickname, blog name, or social media channel will not be public. We also reserve the right to store your data for audit and complaint purposes.

We may temporarily or permanently block the account of a user who uses the NativeHash platform for purposes other than those described in the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. A violation of the Terms and Conditions by the user, and in particular, acting to the detriment of NativeHash or other users, may have similar consequences.

NativeHash acts only as an intermediary, therefore we reserve the right to delete the account in case the brand or influencer wants to establish cooperation outside the platform. The account may also be deleted if the influencer's profile changes and they start publishing materials of an illegal nature.

Payments

Earning money on our platform is child's play! All settlements between the brand and the influencer take place through the platform. The campaign fee is paid by the brand, which prepays the due amount specified in the campaign into a deposit. After the campaign has been carried out, the task has been completed correctly, the brand has finally accepted the results of the cooperation and the campaign status has been changed to "Published", the system automatically transfers the collected funds to the bank account indicated by the influencer and pays them the remuneration for the completed campaign. The transaction is carried out in accordance with the Platform's Terms and Conditions, which protect the interests of both parties. All transactions are recorded in the "Payments" tab of the panel. After the successful completion of the transaction and the payment, we issue a VAT invoice to the brand and charge a 15% commission.

It's very simple! To start working on our platform and start running influencer marketing campaigns, you need to have funds in your deposit. Simply click on the "Payments" tab in the platform's panel, and then on "Top up account". Here you can deposit funds to carry out campaigns. We do not have minimum deposit limits. The amount you top up your account with is up to you. However, these funds must be at least sufficient to cover the campaigns you are running. The deposited amount is the gross amount, i.e. it includes VAT. The deposit can be topped up multiple times with any amount.

Brands can deposit funds into their deposit using a variety of payment methods. Payments can be made through PayPal, Przelewy24, or directly by traditional bank transfer based on a Pro Forma invoice or credit cards (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro). Funds topped up using PayU or PayPal will be available immediately. In the case of a bank transfer, it takes a maximum of 1-2 business days from the date of the transfer to top up the account. We ensure the security of transactions. In the case of the last option, a pro forma invoice will be automatically generated in the form of a file based on the company data and addresses that you previously provided in the form.

The deposit must be topped up immediately after configuring the campaign.

You can withdraw funds from your deposit for a completed campaign at any time by clicking on "Withdraw funds" in the "Payments" tab, and the campaign fee will be automatically transferred to your bank account that you previously provided. The invoice or statement will be generated automatically.

Advertisers can pay for publications by bank transfer to the NH® account or by using fast online payments PayPal and PayU.

For each successfully completed cash or barter transaction, the advertiser undertakes to pay the service provider a commission of 15%. This amount is automatically deducted by the service provider when transferring the remuneration to the Publisher.

The commission is refunded only in the following situations:

- the order is rejected by the service provider as not meeting the principles specified in the Terms and Conditions,

- no publisher has applied to perform the task,

- the advertiser withdraws from the campaign before the task is started by the publishers,

- it may also be refunded to the advertiser in whole or in part if, according to objective circumstances, the advertiser has not selected any publisher to perform the given task or in other particularly justified cases.

Influencer

To join our platform and start collaborating with brands, register as an influencer and submit your profile by clicking on the "Create Account" option in the top right corner or entering https://app.nativehash.io/#/register or download the app from Google Play or the App Store and click "Register as an influencer". Fill out the registration form on this page, entering your nickname, email address, and a personalized password with the appropriate level of encryption. Then read and accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy applicable to the NativeHash platform by clicking on the appropriate links and open the documents in a new window - check the appropriate checkbox. You also have the option of agreeing to receive our newsletter, i.e. commercial and marketing information about services and goods offered by NativeHash, to your email account. Then click "Register" and confirm your registration by clicking the link in the email. And that's it! Your individual influencer profile has been created! You can join us on personal computers (PC), mobile devices or through the application available for download on Google Play or the App Store.

After creating a user account, it needs to be activated. To complete the activation process, please retrieve the email sent to the contact email address of the created user and click on the activation link. The activation email is valid for 48 hours. After this period of time, you can resend the email with the activation link. If your account is still not active, please check that you have entered the correct email address and completed the activation process, and that the email has not ended up in spam. If the account is still not active, please contact us at hello@nativehash.io. User accounts are usually activated within 24 hours. Account verification takes 14 calendar days. It is possible that your verification email has ended up in the SPAM folder. Please check this folder and if it turns out that there is no verification link there, we will try to delete your account so that you can register again and successfully confirm your email address.

During the registration process, each user is obliged to provide their true and up-to-date data. If you notice that there is a profile on the platform associated with your nickname and it was created by unauthorized persons, or you discover other irregularities related to your account, please inform us about it and report the removal of such a profile by contacting us at hello@nativehash.io. Each case will be considered individually. In case of detection of incorrect data entry, we will contact you.

To log in to your account, you must enter your login details, i.e. the login, email address and password that you provided during registration, and click on "Log in".

Your initial password is created on the platform during the initial registration process. To change your account password, go to "Settings" in your profile and select "Change Password". Enter your old password, new password and you're done! Remember not to use popular passwords that can be easily cracked. Use strong, secure passwords and do not share them with third parties.

If you don't remember your account password, you can easily change or reset it. Simply click on "Forgot password" on the login page and enter the email address you registered with and click "Send reset link". A link will be sent to this address with the option to reset your password. Now you can easily recover your password.

Using the NativeHash platform is simple and intuitive. After logging into the influencer panel, you need to configure your account. You can do this in a few simple steps. The influencer panel includes the following menu tabs: "Dashboard", "My Profile", "My Media", "Campaigns", "Payments", "FAQ".

The "My Profile" tab contains all user data. To participate in the campaign and to use our services, you must create the most attractive offer for the brand and fill in all the necessary information, such as:

1. Personal data: nickname, first and last name, profile picture, gender, age, contact details (place of residence/mailing address), phone number, email address. You can also add tags, which are keywords describing your portal. You can enter a maximum of 20 tags. Add a photo or avatar and a short description.

2. Contract data required for billing purposes:

- if you are a business owner and will be invoiced as a company: company name, address, country, city, postal code, VAT number, tax office name.

- in the case of a work contract, when you are invoiced as an individual: surname, date of birth, PESEL number, ID number, bank account number, PayPal account name.

3. “Brand Archetype” tab.

5. My Media tab contains all information about your social media channels. Enter the name of your blog or profile/nickname and information about the type of your channel. Enter the category, profile creation date, and links.

6. “Campaigns” tab lists all of your completed campaigns.

7. "Payments" tab contains all information about your payouts and details about the settlements of your campaigns.

All of the above fields are mandatory. If this information is not provided, NativeHash will not be able to provide users with access to the services. You can modify and update all information and elements in your profile at any time by clicking on the "Edit" button that appears next to each profile element.

You can change your profile name in the "My Profile" tab.

A business card is an influencer's portfolio that streamlines communication with advertisers. It contains all the basic information about the influencer and statistics of their community.

Your portfolio data is not public. It will only be visible and accessible to you, the brands you collaborate with, and the NativeHash team. Please note that this data will only be visible to selected brands interested in working with you.

If you are participating in a product campaign and are being compensated in the form of barter, you will need to provide your address so that the brand can send you your compensation in the form of a personalized creative package.

You must provide information such as: channel name, source and URL link to the profile. It is not allowed to register the same blog or social media profile multiple times on our platform. Each of them is evaluated and presented to brands independently.

Yes! If you are the owner of a weblog or medium in the form of a website containing interesting entries in the form of a diary, you can join the platform and participate in campaigns. Then you can publish sponsored articles in the form of native advertising based on specific brand guidelines.

Yes, absolutely! A public, professional, and active account on any social media platform is necessary for us to access your statistics and data about your followers. You can easily change your personal account to public in the settings of the specific application.

"Native Stars" is a star rating system for influencers, ranging from 0 to 5, which is an average of ratings. It is a virtual reward awarded by the brand and the NativeHash team after the completion of a collaboration, based on objective and verifiable metrics of the influencer's performance on the platform. The more stars, the higher they appear in the rankings of the most active influencers and the greater the chance of further collaborations. "Native Stars" is subject to constant automatic updates in real time based on the criteria set by the Platform. The average rating is visible in the influencer's business card in "My Profile" - "Personal Data", while detailed "Native Stars" can be seen in "My Profile" - "Native Stars". We take into account the following fixed and objective criteria, such as: campaign evaluation, experience, and activity. Your "Native Stars" ratings are only visible to logged-in users, brands, and influencers. Remember! Take care of your reputation on the platform. The better your reputation, the better the collaboration offer and compensation, and the greater the chance of being selected.

The minimum required age to join our platform and participate in our campaigns is 13 years old. If our user is not of legal age, then it is necessary to have and submit written consent from parents or legal guardians. The Platform reserves the right to verify the existence of such consent before concluding the Agreement and during its duration. Such consent is required no later than at the time of conclusion of the Agreement. Minors are also obliged to have such consent each time no later than at the time of submitting an offer to perform the Task. Legal guardians are obliged to supervise and bear full responsibility for the actions of the minor user. The consent can be provided in the form of a scan or screenshot with the signatures of the parents or legal guardians to our email: hello@nativehash.io. Then they can freely use all the functionalities of our platform. All our users who are over 18 years old can freely use all the functionalities of our platform.

An influencer can be the owner of a weblog, website, or social media channel that meets certain quantitative and qualitative conditions.

Yes. If you are an influencer with a popular social media account and meet our requirements, and you also run your own business and want to advertise your products and services, you can join the platform as both an influencer and a brand. In this case, you will need to create two separate accounts and enter separate information during registration. Please note that you can only register one profile on our platform using the same email address. If you want to add another account, you can do so by registering it with a different email address.

As an influencer, you are obligated to:

- carry out campaigns in a reliable manner, in accordance with your best knowledge and abilities,

- publish the brand's product or service on the specified blog or social media platform,

- not reproduce, copy or use in whole or in part materials of third parties without their express consent,

- maintain confidentiality of all data and information regarding your participation in campaigns,

- label advertising posts as sponsored or advertising,

- you cannot artificially increase the number of followers on your social media profiles,

- you cannot publish content that is illegal, offensive, or vulgar,

- if you receive an invitation to collaborate, you have the right to choose the brand you want to work with.

Detailed rights and obligations of the influencer are described in the Terms of Service.

In most cases, we do not require you to be exclusive to us. You can freely cooperate with other platforms, affiliate networks and agencies with a similar profile of activity, and register in many databases. Just remember that by accepting our Terms of Service, you accept the rules of cooperation with us, which relate to maintaining confidentiality of information about campaigns, contracts and clients made available on the platform. However, it may also happen that the brand requires exclusive cooperation and this is the subject of the order from the client. Then it is up to you to decide whether such a form of individual cooperation and the conditions proposed by the brand are right for you.

All communication regarding cooperation must be carried out through the platform panel. It is not possible to conduct any cooperation between the influencer and the brand outside of the platform, if they have established contact through the NativeHash platform. We reserve the right to charge a penalty of PLN 1,000 or more for further cooperation bypassing the platform.

We work with influencers from various fields. We consider each application individually, and each influencer undergoes a multi-stage verification process. We assess the influencers' potential, monitor their online activity, and verify that their content is valuable in terms of content. We precisely analyze the accounts of online creators and identify them based on quantitative and qualitative criteria, and we also check their credibility. Quality is key for us - it is the main determinant. Large accounts that are not of high quality have less chance of cooperation than accounts with a smaller reach, but high-quality, aesthetic content and the ability to effectively engage the audience.

To join our platform, you must meet specific requirements, which include specific quantitative criteria and a certain minimum number of active unique users. We work with influencers and accept accounts with the following ranges:

- Instagram - minimum of 500 followers,

- Blog - minimum of 1,000 unique users/page views per month,

- YouTube channel - minimum of 500 subscribers,

- Facebook fan page - minimum of 5,000 fans,

- Twitter - minimum of 800 followers,

- TikTok - minimum of 800 followers,

- Snapchat with fewer than 800 viewers,

- LinkedIn with fewer than 800 connections,

- an appropriate number of posts (minimum of 50 engaging and inspiring posts),

- a high organic engagement rate and reach.

In addition to the quantitative criteria outlined in the previous response, we also consider the following qualitative factors when evaluating influencer accounts:

- high-quality and informative content,

- engaging and interesting content,

- visually appealing photos and graphics,

- consistent and professional brand image,

- only original content,

- a genuine and authentic followers, not bots,

- compliance with our terms and conditions.

If you meet all of the above criteria and your profile is accepted, you can feel free to join our platform and start working on exciting campaigns for selected brands.

If your profile was not accepted, it is likely that it did not meet our requirements, such as:

- you do not have enough followers on the given social media channel,

- you have a too low engagement rate from your followers,

- your profile does not have enough content, photos, and posts,

- you have poor quality content that does not meet the commercial goals of brands,

- the account is not well maintained, rarely updated, and moderated,

- your account is not credible, has fake followers,

- you publish content that is not your own and you do not have the copyright to it,

- your account has unoriginal content copied from the Internet, memes, photos, or graphics,

- your profile publishes controversial content that is not in accordance with NativeHash's terms of service,

- too little time has passed and the moderator has not had time to analyze your profile, despite the specified time limit.

A campaign on our platform means promotional and advertising activities developed or created by the brand, shared with selected influencers, which aims to effectively reach the largest possible target audience and achieve the brand's defined marketing and commercial goal. In practice, it involves placing brand products on the influencer's social media in exchange for participation in a specific campaign, in accordance with specific rules and conditions set by the brand. The influencer receives compensation in the form of money or non-monetary - barter, which depends on the rules of the campaign and is strictly defined in it. We carry out paid and barter influencer marketing campaigns.

A product campaign is a barter collaboration, which means a non-cash exchange of goods or services for the creation of specific materials and in exchange for specific promotional activities. Barter campaigns include non-monetary compensation for the completed campaign and non-cash settlement. If the campaign involves the influencer receiving a product, all barter activities, including shipping and logistics in this regard, are the responsibility of the brand without the involvement of NativeHash. Barter transactions are carried out directly by the brand and sent to the address indicated by the influencer. We do not mediate the transfer of materials to influencers for campaign execution and are not responsible for the quality of the products delivered.

A campaign on our platform always consists of the following steps: registration, account creation and login, profile completion, initiation and configuration in a campaign of a specific specification and price in the creator, proposal of the most suitable influencers based on automation mechanisms and intelligent recommendation based on AI, preliminary selection and selection of influencers by the brand, sending them invitations to cooperation, checking by the influencer new offers in the "Campaign Zone" and applying for the campaign, final selection of influencers, signing the contract and paying the deposit for the campaign fees by the brand, creating test content and sending the content for review and approval by the brand, brand verification, acceptance, rejection or sending for revision, sending the final version of the content in the form of a URL link, publication of sponsored content and distribution on social media portals and influencer's social media channels, campaign settlement - payment to the influencer for the completed task - non-cash remuneration - barter, downloading reports, checking the effectiveness of activities, building your own network of influencers and an exclusive "whitelist", achieving your branding and sales goals, maximizing revenue.

Unfortunately, no. Influencers cannot apply for campaigns and cannot contact potential advertisers and send them individual invitations to collaborate. The brand decides whether or not an influencer will participate in a campaign. Only the brand, using AI-powered intelligent recommendations and after reviewing your portfolio, can contact you and invite you to a campaign. If the brand is interested in working with you and you are selected in the recruitment process, you will receive a message in your influencer panel and an email notification about new campaigns. You can only invite creators to collaborate who are indicated by the AI intelligent recommendation system. The system matches influencers based on thematic and reach compatibility and offers a specific list of influencers, where you can make a selection by clicking the "View", "Invite", "Reject", "Favourites" button.

Recruitment is a two-step process. To participate in a campaign, wait for an invitation to collaborate. Automation and intelligent recommendation mechanisms will match you to a specific campaign. Then, if you pass the verification, the campaigns will appear in your "Campaign Zone". If, after reviewing the detailed information about the campaign, you decide that you are interested in a particular collaboration, click the "Apply" button. After applying for the campaign, you will need to wait for the brand to approve your application. Remember that applying for recruitment is not the same as being selected for the campaign. The brand will notify you of the final decision. Good luck!

Each campaign has different targeting criteria and is aimed at a specific target audience selected by the brand. The campaign will only be visible to those influencers who meet the specific age, gender, and category criteria that have been set in advance, as well as reach requirements, and only they will be able to participate in it. If an influencer does not meet the specified criteria, they will not be able to participate in specific campaigns and will therefore not be available to them. The most suitable influencers are selected for the campaigns, and sometimes it happens that despite having the right number of followers, the profile does not meet some criterion and does not fit the specific campaign. The brand, based on intelligent AI recommendations, selects only those influencer profiles that are most closely aligned with its needs and expectations. In order to streamline the communication process and ensure that cooperation is fast, safe and hassle-free, we minimize all formalities and limit them to the minimum. Therefore, before each campaign is carried out, we sign a legally binding electronic contract. The contract, which is an agreement between the brand and the influencer, precisely defines the mutually beneficial terms of cooperation, the detailed assumptions and specific guidelines for the campaign, as well as the remuneration, deadlines and other obligations that influencers and brands must meet in order for the campaign to be completed. By entering into mutual cooperation, the influencer and the brand accept all the terms and conditions contained in the contract. Each influencer marketing campaign is governed by separate agreements. You can download the contract in the "Campaign" tab in the menu by clicking "View" for a specific campaign.

The contract, concluded between the brand and the influencer, protects the interests of both parties and complies with the provisions of the NativeHash regulations, on the basis of which the influencer creates ordered content for the brand, for which they receive remuneration in the form of monetary or non-monetary compensation. Therefore, the parties to the contract are usually the brand and the influencer. As a rule, NativeHash is not a party to the contract, however in exceptional cases, this may happen at the express request of the brand.

If the influencer does not comply with the campaign rules, the contract may be terminated with a 3-month notice period. A user who is a consumer within the meaning of the Civil Code of 23 April 1964 may withdraw from the transaction if the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014 so provides. Withdrawal is possible within 14 days from the date of acceptance of the transaction after prior notification of the Publisher and the Service Provider, provided that the nature of the transaction allows for withdrawal. A sample withdrawal declaration is attached to the Regulations. In such a case, all services that have already been performed will be refunded.

The campaign starts when the brand selects influencers to implement a given campaign, directly after signing the contract and confirming the terms of cooperation and making a 100% prepayment to the NativeHash account.

Influencer marketing campaign briefs are all the detailed information needed in the process of creating and implementing an advertising campaign, precisely defined by the brand in the campaign creator. On our platform, the brief takes the form of an interactive campaign creator, where there is detailed information about the expected scope of cooperation and precise guidelines and criteria for the brand.

The brief includes the following information:

- Brand information: Brand name, description, mission and vision, industry, landing page, social media links, contact information: country, town, postcode, street and number.

- Product/service details: Name of the promoted product/service, their description and key features, product/service landing page, product/service social media link, product/service photos, service location.

- Campaign outline: Campaign name, detailed campaign description, commercial goals of the branding campaign.

- Content strategy: Content description, tag/hashtag/geotag name, affiliate links, promo codes, "Do's and Dont's" - tips and "Moodboard" - inspiration, content format and content type.

- Campaign details: Number of influencers, number of posts/publishing frequency, social media channels, payment method and settlement method (paid/barter cooperation), planned budget, cost per person, application and campaign execution deadline, status.

- Target group: Age, gender, location, language, category, number of users, organic reach, engagement rate, experience, brand archetype.

- Formal details of cooperation: Information on licenses, transfer of copyrights and/or use of the influencer's image, information on a non-competition clause, product shipping details, expected non-competition clause (time and product categories), expected reporting form.

Campaign criteria mean specific rules and guidelines, as well as objective conditions set by the brand for a given campaign, which the influencer undertakes to comply with by joining the campaign and must meet in order for the brand to consider it properly executed and completed and for the influencer to receive remuneration. The criteria must be described precisely and accurately so as not to mislead influencers. Campaign terms may change until the brand selects one or more influencers to run the campaign.

Unfortunately, no. The campaign rate is strictly set by the brand at the beginning of the campaign and is not negotiable. The influencer may also not comment on the submitted brief and negotiate the terms of cooperation. They can either agree to the terms of the contract or reject them.

The content will be published on the influencer's social media channels as specified in the campaign guidelines. These publications must be posted on open public channels.

The timing of the campaign and its timeframe, the application deadline and the task completion deadline are strictly defined by the brand in the contract and in the campaign guidelines sent in the brief. Usually, it lasts from a few days to 3 weeks. The influencer has no influence on the duration of the campaign and should publish the content and fulfill the undertaken obligations within the specified deadline. In exceptional situations, creator recruitment for the campaign may end prematurely or may be extended by the brand. I am unable to publish the content on time.

If you have already signed the contract and for some reason you will not be able to publish the content on time, inform the brand about it and report it via chat, providing an estimated time for the service to be completed or contact us. The brand may then withdraw your participation in the campaign if it cannot wait any longer for the order to be completed.

The moderator approves the content within approximately 72 hours on weekdays.

The campaign zone is a free space in the influencer panel in the "Campaigns" tab, where the latest paid and barter campaigns appear directly after the campaign has been added by the brand. After logging in and clicking on the campaign details, the campaigns of various brands available to the influencer are displayed based on the previous AI recommendation. Only influencers who meet specific requirements can browse offers for specific campaigns, learn about the terms of cooperation and the applicable campaign rates.

At NativeHash, we are constantly working to acquire new brands and bring new campaigns to our platform. Therefore, it is worth checking the "Campaign Zone" frequently - some campaigns end quickly.

Of course, you do not have to participate in every campaign available on the platform. You can only participate in those campaigns that are tailored to your needs, expectations and financial conditions. You always decide for yourself which tasks are right for you and suit you best. If you do not like the product or the form of cooperation, you can reject the offer without any consequences.

You can participate in two campaigns within 24 hours, but not simultaneously - you must first complete one and then you can participate in the second.

You can only take part in a given campaign once from a single account registered on the NativeHash platform.

Content means any advertising material and content published by the influencer on their social media channels within the campaign in accordance with the brand's guidelines and suggestions. In our campaigns, influencers should focus on personalized content that is contextually tailored to the brand's communication, in order to engage as large an audience as possible.

The platform includes the following branding content formats: banner ads, inspired articles, sponsored posts, product shoots, cinemagraphs, dedicated videos, podcasts, webinars, infographics, presentations, case studies. In addition, types such as: product placement, product reviews, unboxing, flatlays, special promotions, shopping hauls, product challenges, tutorials, instastories, selfies, monthly favorites, checklists, wishlists, "How to" guides, Q&A, teasers, before-after, tips and tricks, contests and giveaways, lookbooks, OOTDs, interviews, copywriting, event coverage, outdoor, sponsored trips, city and region promotion, cross-branding, media patronage, brand ambassador, brand channel management, special promotions. The content should be created in accordance with the brand's suggestions and guidelines contained in the campaign brief. The materials published by the influencer should be of high quality and aesthetics. The content must be creative and original, maintained in a natural and authentic context, ideally harmonizing with the surroundings. Publications must be original and cannot be copied. The product should be clearly visible on the materials with all its attributes. The influencer must base their work on a positive message and inspiring content. They must be published on open, public profiles accessible to all audiences. They should be marked with the appropriate hashtag and tag indicated by the brand.

Yes, absolutely! You retain complete creative freedom and full control over what you create. As a rule, the brand does not interfere with your ideas, but remember that the materials are subject to prior verification and approval before publication, and the brand always has an impact on the final result of the cooperation. Use your skills and potential. However, do not forget that you must adhere to the specific and precise content and campaign guidelines that the brand has sent you in the brief.

Yes, every post and material published by the influencer as part of the campaign will be marked with a clear message as a sponsored activity with a visible product and brand marking.

Unfortunately, no. The published content on your social media channel is the final version approved by the brand and you can no longer edit it.

Content may be rejected for the following reasons:

- it was created incorrectly, in violation of campaign rules and guidelines,

- it is of poor quality or aesthetically unappealing,

- it contains threats, vulgar language, elements of violence, or incites aggression and hatred,

- it contains malicious or discriminatory statements that may in any way violate someone's dignity,

- it contains materials that may be used for illegal purposes, misleading purposes,

- it is contrary to the principles of social coexistence or common moral and social norms,

- it promotes products/services of competing brands,

- it contains obscene content, inappropriate for people under 18,

- it is copied from the Internet and you do not have the copyright to it,

- it violates the rules of the NativeHash platform,

- it infringes on the rights or personal property of third parties,

- it portrays the brand in a negative light,

- the description reveals details of the campaign and the signed agreement, e.g. earnings.

An influencer receives a warning when:

- they remove content after completing a campaign,

- they do not publish content within 24 hours of applying to a campaign,

- they portray the brand in a negative light,

- they violate the NativeHash Terms of Service,

- they do not complete the campaign by the deadline,

- they act in violation of campaign guidelines, place incorrect links, hashtags, and/or tags,

- they publish photos copied from the Internet without copyright,

- they post low-quality content,

- they remove or archive content within 12 months of publication or change the status of their social media accounts to private,

- they share information about campaign earnings,

- they collaborate with the brand outside of the platform,

- in the same post, they promote products and services of competing brands,

- they publish content containing hashtags that artificially generate traffic, e.g. #follow4follow, #F4F,#like4like, #L4L, etc.

Receiving two warnings results in a 12-month block of the NativeHash account and the inability to continue campaigns.

Unfortunately, no. The deadline for completing the content is strictly defined in the campaign guidelines and cannot be changed.

All communication between the brand and the influencer takes place through the platform's panel. Each time you will receive a complete brief with a detailed description of the campaign. If you have any additional questions or concerns about the campaign and need help with content creation, you can contact the brand directly via chat, which you can find in the "Campaign" tab. Here, the brand will be able to send you comments and feedback on the content, and you will also be able to send test content for final approval. The final URL link to the completed task. In exceptional cases, you can also count on our substantive support in preparing the right creative.

If you have created content and want to send a test version for brand approval, you must click "Review" and "Add Photo" and "Send". The brand, after reviewing it, may accept, reject or return it for correction.

According to the terms of service, materials published as part of the campaign - photos, videos - are intended for commercial purposes, i.e. advertising a given product or service, therefore they must remain on influencers' public profiles for a strictly defined period of time. In our case, this must be at least 365 days. All links must also remain active. Only in this way can the assumption of the campaign be fulfilled. However, after this time you can archive the photo without any consequences. If after brand approval and payment of the fee you remove the content, your account will be blocked.

You cannot delete content published as part of the campaign. All materials created by the influencer must be published and accessible online on the public account at all times. If the content disappears after campaign approval and payment of the fee, the influencer will have to republish it. In exceptional cases, if the influencer refuses to republish, their account may be blocked. They will also face a financial penalty, which is precisely defined in the terms of service and agreement.

Unfortunately, no. After final brand approval and publication of the content, you cannot modify the description, photos, or video in a way that changes its meaning. You cannot also change or remove @tags and #hashtags and links attached to posts. If you do so, such behavior will be equivalent to the first warning.

To approve influencer content, go to the brand panel, click on the "Campaign" tab, select the specific campaign in the "Campaign Zone" and click on "Review". Here you will find the test content sent by influencers who have met the specified criteria and are carrying out the campaign, a communication window with the selected influencer. Then click on the green button "Accept", "Reject" or "For correction". In case of non-acceptance of the result of the transaction, negotiations take place between the Publisher and the Advertiser. If no acceptance is reached during the negotiations, the Service Provider is involved in the mediation process. The amount is refunded to the Advertiser in case of a negative outcome of the transaction. The condition for settling the campaign is to meet all criteria, timely publication and sending of action statistics. After the campaign is over, you undertake to send all screenshots of publication statistics (reach and impressions) in the form of screenshots.

After the campaign is completed, the influencer waives all copyrights to the materials in favour of the brand and automatically grants the brand an irrevocable, unlimited in time and territory, worldwide, 10-year license for all materials created and published as part of the campaign, therefore remains the owner of the content. The fields of exploitation of this license are the distribution and public making available of these materials in any way and in any form, especially in digital communication and electronic channels, in particular websites, mobile applications, profiles and accounts in social media, as well as for advertising, promotional and marketing purposes. If, despite this, a non-exclusive license is not enough for you and you are interested in transferring copyrights, you must conclude a separate agreement with the influencer in writing. The brand, on the other hand, grants a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to selected influencers to provide services as part of the campaign directly for advertising purposes to use trademarks and other content necessary to carry out the transaction.

After the campaign is completed, the brand and influencer grant NativeHash a non-exclusive, worldwide, and perpetual license for all materials created in the campaign, for the purpose of placing them in the portfolio and presenting the platform's functionalities. NativeHash has the right to use the brand's logo and name on the platform in the sections: Our clients/Trusted by/Used our services/ and the influencer's logo and nickname on the platform in the section: "Our influencers"/ "We cooperate with"/ in marketing materials without their separate consent. The influencer and the brand have the right to object to the use of their logo or to make comments on how it is used on the platform or in NativeHash's advertising materials.

Content should be published on an open, public profile and remain there for a minimum of 12 months. After this time, the influencer can remove or archive it without any problems. This technology is based on data anonymization, approximation and deduction mechanisms. Data anonymization will involve the permanent and irreversible removal of users' personal data and the prevention of the identification of a specific person. After anonymization, the administrator will not have any technical possibilities to restore this data to its original state and re-disclose it. Therefore, for security reasons, this data will be deleted in the first phase of processing. As a result of our actions, it will not be possible to determine which natural person the information relates to.

We carry out campaigns according to our agreements with brands and report on the results of our activities. The effectiveness of our campaigns is based on advanced analytics. We measure the efficiency and effectiveness of our campaigns in real time and generate reliable reports. These reports have a high degree of accuracy and are characterized by very high precision, thanks to advanced and reliable analytical data (e.g., engagement rate) and advanced artificial intelligence algorithms. They show the real results of the campaign, the effectiveness of the campaign, and are a valuable source of knowledge about the campaign's impact and provide guidelines for future branding activities. The campaign report includes the fulfillment of assumptions based on analytical data.
