Requirements:
  • a graduate of: Public Relations, Marketing, Advertising or Social Media,
  • minimum one year of experience in a similar position,
  • experience in independent project management in the field of digital marketing,
  • experience in coordinating influencer marketing campaigns,
  • above-average knowledge of the influencer market and current trends,
  • vast knowledge of social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube),
  • advanced knowledge of tools for analysis and monitoring of social media platforms,
  • knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel and Power Point,
  • very good command of spoken and written English,
  • knowledge of other foreign languages is an asset,
  • independence and responsibility for entrusted tasks,
  • initiative, flexibility in the case of non-standard projects,
  • strong focus on achieving goals and constant search for new solutions,
  • conscientiousness and responsibility for entrusted tasks,
  • very good work organization,
  • ease in establishing contacts,
  • communicativeness and the ability to work in a team,

Responsibilities:
  • active brand acquisition and commercial cooperation,
  • building positive relationships with the agency's clients, coordinating communication activities,
  • independent project management in the field of influencer marketing and digital activities,
  • managing and coordinating campaigns with the participation of influencers and web creators,
  • monitoring the effectiveness of influencer marketing campaigns and researching the results,
  • analyzing the results and reporting your activities in the area of social media,
  • building and implementing strategies for effective influencer marketing communication of the company,
  • following the latest trends in the digital marketing and social media industry,
  • analysis of the influencer market from various industries, monitoring their online activity,
  • searching for influencers from Poland and abroad, in-depth research and assessment of their potential,

 

  • establishing and maintaining positive relationships with influencers and internet creators,
  • coordination of activities with influencers, negotiating terms of cooperation and contracts,
  • effective cooperation with influencers of various ranges on the Polish and foreign market,
  • monitoring and analysis of competitors' activities, market research analysis,
  • writing a corporate blog, running social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube),
  • creating and publishing high-quality content, engaging the community in discussions,
  • creating a positive image of the company and supporting promotional activities,
  • implementation of creative mailings for selected influencers,
  • organization of events, publicity stunts,
  • cooperation with the rest of the team, social media and influencer marketing specialists.
